In the late winter and early spring of 2022, we held several small-group “listening sessions” as part of the Synod on Synodality, as requested by Pope Francis and Bishop O’Connell.

Pope Francis said the purpose of this Synod is to plant dreams, to inspire trust, bind up wounds, weave together relationships, awaken a dawn of hope, learn from each another and create a bright resourcefulness.

The Synod is a call to pray, to listen, and to discern together what the Holy Spirit is saying to our pilgrim Church today.
