  After 15 years in the Environmental Division of the Monmouth County Health Department, Councilman Sims joined the Monmouth County Recycling and Solid Waste Office to focus on education of the public. Councilman Sims speaks to schools, administration, civic groups and volunteer organizations about the importance of proper recycling. Educating the public regarding which items are and are not recyclable and why we recycle is critical to Councilman Sims. Mr. Sims is also a volunteer firefighter and an active member of his Freehold Boro community
